All our climbing camps are lead by an IFMGA qualified guide and are suitable for first time beginners and expert climbers alike.
Our climbing camps last 6 days and will allow you to explore the best crags in the island. From vertical slabs to overhanging red tufas you will enjoy climbing the perfect and unspoiled limestone crags that make Sardinia so special.
Every course starts on Sunday in Cala Gonone, the most famous climbing location in Sardinia. Cala Gonone has dozens of sectors and hundreds of sport climbing problems The magnitude of limestone and its excellent gave great popularity to Cala Gonone since the eighties, when the first climbers landed on the island.
You probably have heard of the sectors Cala Luna, Fuili, Millennium, La Poltrona, Buchi Arta and Monte Oddeu. These and many other sectors are located on a 2 miles radius around Cala Gonone. Our schedule is very flexible and the crag of choice can be decided day by day, as long as the whole group agrees.
Thursday is a day- off, for you to rest or enjoy swimming, mountain-biking or trekking. We have connections with many local sport association and can help you finding the perfect alternative sport.
On Friday the course starts back in Ulassai, which is considered by many to become the 'new Ceuse', climbing on the famous Canyon. On the evening of Sunday we will have a group dinner on a local organic farm, tasting Sardinian typical food, cured hams, wine and liqueurs. The Canyon alone has over 120 problems, spanning from easy 4 grades to challenging 6 and extreme 8. On Monday and Tuesday we will climb on some of the many crags surrounding the town.
On Saturday we will all have a second group dinner on our favorite organic farm in Ulassai.
Sunday is the last day of climbing. The climbing day can start early and finish in the afternoon, allowing you to get back to Olbia, Cagliari or Alghero airport to catch your flight.
The price to participate to our Climbing Camps is €780 per person
This includest 6 days course, all climbing equipment (excluding harness and shoes) and two dinners on a Organic Farm.
We require a 25% booking deposit to reserve each space on the course and a final payment to be made 3 weeks before the starting of the course.

You don't need previous climbing experience to enroll on one of our courses and you don't need any climbing equipment (we recommend bringing climbing shoes only)
- Basic movements for beginners (climbing 4 to 6a grades) and advanced techniques for intermediates (climbing 6b and above).
- Mental preparation and rehearsal.
- Coaching of movement. Bouldering and leading.
- Training: Flexibility, strength and power.
- Strategies and best practices for climbing.
- Advanced rope-work for belayers: different belaying devices, how and when give rope or take in, leader falls.
- Advanced rope-work for climbers: French and Swiss threading, rescue, abseiling and communicating.
- Abandoning a problem.
We can organize transfers from Cagliari airport on Saturday evening (the day before the course starts) and back to Cagliari on the Sunday morning after the course. Each car can carry up to 4 people and costs from €20 to €40 per person
Flights: a part from more expensive companies, Ryanair (now disrupted) and Easyjet fly to Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia. The closest to our location is Olbia, but flying to Cagliari and Alghero is also OK.
Car Hire: public transport in Sardinia are very limited and reaching the crags or moving around can be problematic without a car. We recommend booking a rental car at your airport, prices are as low as €150 per week, giving you the freedom to visit towns and beaches around the climbing areas. Anyway, if you need help with transports do let us know and we will do as much as we can to help out.

We are happy anyway to give you some advice on some accommodations we can recommend.
Remember that the course will start on Sunday in Ulassai, break on Wednesday and start again in Cala Gonone on Thursday. Reserve your accommodation accordingly to our plan.

Nannai Climbing Home
Nannai Climbing Home is a medium sized B&B managed by a friendly group of international climbers. With both private bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a large dormitory it can accommodate couples and large groups of friends.
B&B Charlie Sardinia
The B&B Charlie Sardinia is located in the centre of Ulassai and is managed by a very friendly couple. It is cosy and comfortable and its hosts are great in making everybody feel at home. It has three rooms, from a tiny and cheap double to a large suite with private bathroom.
Camping L'Ultima Spiaggia
The camping L'Ultima Spiaggia is located on the marina of Bari Sardo, the closest beach to Ulassai. Although only 15 miles it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Ulassai but it is definitely worthy the drive. The camping has also a large selection of mobile homes, bungalows and lodge-tents.
Prices: Tent + 1 person €14. Mobile home for 4 people about €80. Bungalow for 2 or 3 people about €50. Lodge Tent for 4 to 6 people about €60.
Hotel Su Marmuri
The Hotel Su Marmuri is located in the centre of Ulassai, next to the spectacular caves Su Marmuri (which we advice to visit). It has a wealth of 18 comfortable rooms and is famous for its welcoming owners and staff.
Accommodation in Cala Gonone
Camping Sos Alinos
Although not in Cala Gonone we believe the camping Sos Alinos is by far the best in the area. It is well known among climbers, kite surfers, hikers and families alike. Apart from the camping site it also has a good selection of bungalows and caravans.
Casa Vacanze has four beautiful apartments right in the center of Cala Gonone, junt in front of the seaside and among restaurants and bars. Apartments vary in size and price, from a cheap single bedroom to a romantic double bedroom. All apartments have terraces and wide living rooms
The B&B Ichnos is located in the centre of Cala Gonone, a stone-trow from the sea. All rooms are independent with bathroom and private entrance from the communal garden. The decoration are warm and welcoming. It has a family feeling and a perfect resting place for tired climbers.

The Agriturismo Codula Fuili is located above the town of Cala Gonone, overviewing the canyon Codula Fuili. The Agriturismo is well known among climbers for its special location and also its decent prices and various deals. It has 4 double rooms, one bungalow and a shady camping site to pitch your tent.
